A message from your summit host, Tim Ringgold, MT-BC
As Seen On:
You got into healthcare because you want to help others.

But, the current state of healthcare makes this feel like an impossible task.

Staffing shortages, long shifts and challenging case loads lead to exhaustion, frustration and burnout. You can feel the stress coming on before you even step foot in the unit to start your shift.

Your work life and home life blend together in such a way that you don't even remember what you used to do for fun. It seems that the only thing you have energy for is crashing on the couch with Netflix.

Sometimes it feels like the only solution is to quit or pray for early retirement. But you don't need to wait for retirement for your life to really begin.

That's why I created the Reduce Your Stress Summit for Healthcare Professionals. After the 5-day summit is over, you'll have the tools you need to:

  • Set boundaries so you don't take work home with you
  • Create habits to combat compassion fatigue
  • Prevent or banish burnout so that you can fall back in love with work
  • Begin to heal trauma that you may have experienced on the job
  • Return to the activities that you once enjoyed but have felt too exhausted to do

This Summit is Designed for Healthcare Professionals such as:

  • Nurses
  • Physicians
  • Social Workers
  • Hospital Chaplains
